I am an Energy Coach, certified Reiki Master practitioner,  lover of Qigong, meditation, prayer, and storytelling

I came to Energy Coaching via millinery, solar energy, art and animation

And, I have had the immense good fortune of being placed on the same path for over 25 years with incredible and generous spiritual teachers and mentors. I credit these teachers for guiding my personal healing journey and for encouraging me to share what I learned
